FBI Admitts 'Over-Collecting' In Trump Raid - Will Give Privileged & Orher Docs Back In 'Next Few Weeks'

I think 'nuclear secrets' that don't require the DOJ / FBI to get them back for WERKS are things like 'we have nukes', 'we have lots of them', 'President Biden doesn't get the codes because he is dementia ravaged', etc...

:p

Wait for the announcement...while accidently on purpose over collecting we found evidence of a crime completely unrelated to the warrant. I predicted this the day the RAID was conducted. (cough) FISHING EXPIDITION (cough)

Fetch me a beer boi.

They will claim it was an accident, and they happened to innocently grab unrelated material while they were collecting documents which covered by the warrant, but if you think about it, it's false on its surface.

  • They planned this for weeks if not months. They knew the enormity of this raid and the importance of getting it exactly right.
  • They went through things for nine hours with 30 agents. That means they did a detailed review of items.
  • They took three of Trump's passports. This was not by mistake. The passports were not in some box in storage; they were probably in Trump's bedroom. Every single agent there could undoubtedly recognize a passport. They deliberately seized these to send a message.
There is no excuse for this. They want us to think it was just more sloppy work. But it makes more sense that they did it intentionally, with malice even.

I think it is likely that they used the bogus warrant as a pretext to search for anything which they could use later to create another fake narrative like the dossier before the next presidential election.

It's comforting to hear they over collected instead of under collected. Thank you.

No, it most definitely is not comforting at all. People need to get past their TDS and understand that every American citizen has rights, and the gov't should not be permitted to search and seize anything they want to if it is not pertinent to the warrant. Such as passports for example.

When you violate the Constitution, violate the Patriot Act, defraud the FISA Court, illegally spy on Americans & the President, willingly participate in a failed coup attempt, plot to brand parents 'Domestic terrorists', conduct unprecedented historic raids against the guy the failed coup attempt you participated in was against, steal client-attorney privileged data and refuse to turn it over for weeks....

No, no you're NOT law ENFORCERS. You are law BREAKERS, criminals, traitors, and a threat to the country & American citizens
Where did this happen?

Give actual examples.

Not QOP wet dreams.

When did this get confirmed?

What the fuck do you think acting on a search warrant looks like? People get sent in, they take whatever they think is relevant, they sort through it, they return whatever is not relevant if legally required. Is this not common knowledge? You think this is the only time this has ever happened? Do you live under a rock?
