The families of three female high school runners have taken another step toward trying to prevent transgender athletes from participating in girls sports in Connecticut. Months after filing a federal Title IX discrimination complaint, the families filed a federal lawsuit Wednesday.

The lawsuit seeks to reverse a Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference rule that allows high school athletes to compete in sports corresponding with their gender identity. If successful, the lawsuit would require athletes to compete based on their birth sex and could result in changes to state record books.

I saw in collegiate women's cycling two men pretending to be women are dominating the sport. Easily breaking records etc.

One one hand - they applaud commercials that condemn pretty much all male behavior "taking advantage" of women...but then applaud a man pretending to be a women ACTUALLY taking advantage of women destroying their chance to compete in sports.

As a matter of undeniable scientific fact, “trans girls” are not girls at all. They are boys, with the physical advantages that being male gives them over females.

It is madness to allow them to claim to be female, and on that basis, to compete against actual females, in athletic events where actual females have no reasonable chance against them. It is cheating, plain and simple.
