In other words, democrats believe in tying up everything (including the rebuilding of the Palisades in LA) as much as possible to not only make it as hard as possible to fix anything or to get anywhere, but to involve as many of THEM as possible.

Remember, a fixed, functioning, working America is an America suddenly without need of any democrats, because the entire Dem Party is based on there being victims to save and if everyone is happy, living well and making good money, the democrats are shit outta luck.
