Failure of our liberal unconstitutional big government
To all idiot liberal Dumbocrats, I sarcastically say thank you for creating this over-regulated, unconstitutional goverment that doesn't even properly respond to inquiries by the people and which will soon be $16 trillion in debt thanks to the waste and spending of you greedy, lazy liberals.
You’ve cited no evidence that the government is ‘liberal’ (whatever that means) or that the Act is un-Constitutional, or that ‘the government is un-Constitutional' (again, whatever that means).
Was there a ruling by the Supreme Court that declared the entire government ‘un-Constitutional’? If so, cite it, please.
Probably some socialist liberal environmentalist gay guy.
You represent conservatives well.
My apologies - I forget that liberals are completely uninformed sheep who reject the Constitution and therefore have no idea what is legal and what is not. Most of America is well aware of how much of our federal government is unconstitutional, so I forgot that I needed to cite it for the liberals. I do have one problem though - it would take weeks and sever space that USMessageBoard doesn't have to cite all of the unconstitutional actions of our federal government. But let's start with the most obvious:
1.) Obamacare. The US government simply does not have the authority to force citizens to purchase a product or service. Period.
2.) The Department of Education. Education is a state issue. If you actually read the Constitution, you would know that the federal government is
delegated 18 enumerated powers from the states. Education is
not one of them.
3.) The Department of Energy. Again,
not delegated as one of the 18 enumerated powers by the states.
4.) The Department of Health and Human Services. Once
again,
not delegated as one of the 18 enumerated powers by the states.
5.) Tell you what - as I already stated, there is not enough time or server space available to list the unconstitutional parts of this federal monstrosity created by the big government nanny state liberals. So let me simplify it - pretty much any department (with a few exceptions) other than the department of defense, is unconstitutional.
I'll finish with addressing your absurd "Supreme Court" comment. Just because big government, nanny state, liberal administrations appointed big government, nanny state, liberal "judges" (and I use that term loosely) who refuse to adhere to the oath they took to uphold and defend the constitution, and for that reason refuse to find unconstitutional actions unconstitutional, doesn't mean they are not in fact unconstitutional. To make an analogy for the simple minded out there: Just because OJ Simpson was found "not guilty" by a jury designed to find him "not guilty", doesn't mean he is innocent of the crime. It just means he and his attorney's worked the system to get what they wanted. That's exactly the same with your Supreme Court. Just recently, Barack Hussein appointed two radical nut cases who have never read the Constitution, and who reject the very Constitution they took an oath to uphold and defend. Evil troll and Obama worshipper Elana Kagen has never even been a judge, yet somehow gets appointed to the Supreme Court as a judge, and radical anti-constitution Sonia Sotomayor gets appointed after claiming judges "make law from the bench". In other words, it's stacked with people who reject the constitution, and therefore will never properly rule against anything that is in fact in violation of the constitution. But it doesn't require a Supreme Court "judge" to let you know if something is unconstitutional or not. All you have to do is read the 10th Amendment. It's all there in black and white and cannot be denied:
The 10th Amendment states that all prerogatives not vested in the federal government nor prohibited of the states are reserved to the states and to the people, which means that the only prerogatives of the Congress (as well as the Executive Branch and the Judicial Branch) are limited to those explicitly stated in the Constitution.
The "prerogatives" mentioned are the 18 enumerated powers found in Article I, section 8. In other words, if it's not one of those 18 delegated powers, it is unconstitutional. See how simple that is? You just have to take the time to read my friend...
