The other two sources are basically about people who claim they didn't get a job because of their race. If they can substantiate their claims in a public court case, I will reconsider my position to suit known facts - I always do. But until then, all we have are claims and scant real evidence that DEI does anything other that merely try to recruit more people from diverse backgrounds.
