Good point, because I'm sitting here scratching my head also on how we are being told that Iran is toast, no more, and finished as a formidable war machine, yet Israel is still being hit with ballistic missile clusters, the hormuz is still closed, and now our planes are starting to get hit.

The problem with these modern day or modern times high tech war's, is that the adaptation process is at lightening speed, so getting in and getting out fast is highly important to any modern day military with a set goal to achieve a specific task whether big or small. Staying in a theater to long these day's, and doing so without being able to achieve victory quick and fast gives the surviving opposition time to adapt to tactics and strategies. The opposition's allies (although hesitant at first), dare come to the rescue of it's partner being hammered, but will be looking at ways to adopt a strategy to do so as the war is being studied by them in that way as well.

Bottom line is a war needs to be won fast. Israel knows this, and that's why it's wars only last week's before victory is achieved.

Israel's goals are simple and righteous when it goes to war, and that's why it is successful in it's task and tactics. Israel doesn't fight for natural resources, material wealth or anything like that. It only seeks to survive in a hostile world until he who sits upon the throne decides that it's finally over.

This is Israel's war.

Yes, this is why technology matters and the best, most cost effective solution must reign. It is always why you do not want to use your military too long in case your tactics and technology become known. If government procurement decisions are influenced by companies lobbtist rather than need, function and reality, that nation is in.big trouble. First, perfect the drone laser, it costs 30 cents a shootdown and dramatically turns the tide on the cost.effectiveness or war. Right now the U.S spends a couple of million to shoot down a drone that costs Iran $20K, this is Chinas proxy returning Reagans approach to Russia and trying to bankrupt you through war. We need America and Israel to win. We need Judeo-Christian values to win. The world Americas enemies want for all of us is frightening. Never forget the dystopian world they want for us.

In the beginning of the Russian war against Ukraine, Russia was set to steam roll that government in week's, but we see how intelligence, technology and war strategy has been countered, re-strategized, re-invented, re-adapted too, and adopted by both sides in many cases in that war, so you are right that we haven't been challenged much as of yet in this theater, but it's because we are allied with the best fighting war machine in that region (Israel), who knows better than anyone about war in the middle east with Iran and it's proxies, and has the intelligence that is paramount to our successes in that region when it comes to intelligence.
