As the democrats continue to make operations impossible for businesses, those
Businesses are leaving democrat hellholes.,

You may have read about numerous prominent large corporations headed for the exits in blue states like California and heading for more welcoming climates in business-friendly states like Texas and Florida.

And….

Yamaha Speeding Away From California Is a Damning Indictment of Dems

Add another one to the continuing flight from the business hellhole that is California.

Looks like now Yamaha, a Japanese company which has been in California for 50 years, is out the door, moving to Georgia as part of major structural reforms to cut costs

Nicely done democrats. The answer to driving business away is simple, just raise taxes….. forever to pay for your stupidity.

...And bit by bit, the economic power of blue states is shifting to red states.

Move corporate interests, move. The communist quagmire will engulf you at some point. There are more virginal experienced territories in our nation.

This is just legal. Exxon's headquarters has been in Houston for decades.

This is to get more right wing nut judges presiding over their lawsuits. Not a business decision. It’s a legal accountability dodge. Not a big deal. They incorporated in NJ for the very same reason: legal accountability dodge.

And?

Nobody wants litigation to take place in a retarded blue state.....NJ is just NY lite.

Just clarifying the topic. The OP seems to think they moved their HQ for a better business climate when all they did is change what court district they are being sued in.

Not having to deal with frivolous blue state lawsuits makes for a better business climate and more value for shareholders.

You really need to learn how things work.

BTW, why are you still here?

Probably a holdover from when Exxon was that tiny company called Standard Oil.

A thin excuse, Exxon has been incorporated in NJ since 1882

Democrats are just staggeringly stupid.
And yet enough people continue to vote for them. It's proof that America is getting dumber by the week. It doesn't bode well for the future at all.

Just advising the dolt to advise what NJ court district is Exxon being sued in?

Excuse for what? This just shifts corporate legal issues to Texas.
This shifts a friendly business environment to Texas. When did you become the spokes- loon for the company?

"Over the past several years, Texas has made a noticeable effort to embrace the business community. In doing so, it has created a policy and regulatory environment that can allow the company to maximize shareholder value,” said Darren Woods, ExxonMobil chairman and chief executive officer. "Aligning our legal home with our operating home, in a state that understands our business and has a stake in the company’s success, is important.”

You are an idiot. Their headquarters has been Texas for decades. They use Texas as contract jurisdiction for decades. but you be you.

You never were hired as the spokes- loon for Exxon, right? You just assumed the title?
