It's the Chinese Ministry of Defense spokesman who is now asking the U.S. questions about the labs.

A closer link to Eco Health Alliance and the Wuhan lab is the actual virus obtained from Kunming, China and was manipulated in the North Carolina lab of Ralph Baric. This virus was collected by Eco Health Alliance's Peter Daszak in August of 2011. The manipulation caused a more dangerous recombinant virus.
