Come on America, it's time to give up the old antiquated Puritan approach on Drugs.

Trump would have you believe that the vast majority of illegal drug supply is humped across the border by sneaky wetbacks. A bright shiny object to deflect from the real sources.

Doctors are over prescribing addictive pain medications. Many of these new addicts turn to heroin after the script runs out. Heroin is cheaper and easier to get than a prescription drug from a pharmacy. Now the heroin is poisoned (ironically) by Phentynol, a substance so deadly, three grain of sand sized particles would be a mortal dose.

Once the heroin epidemic hit the suburbs, the middle and upper classes, the White folks, the public was suddenly awake to what we small town Ohio River valley folks have known for a decade or more. Anyone might become a heroin addict. Reading about overdoses, deaths, arrests and disturbances get to be too common. The wolf is at the door.

But will Trump use regulations and the power of the CDC, Department of Health and the FDA to actually fight a war on drug abuse? Will an administration hell bent on spending for law enforcement and the military see the drug problem as a public health issue or a law enforcement issue!

Will relaxing marijuana laws in various states effect Jeff Sessions to let the free market experiment, or will he be just the biggest narc ever?
