Poor can't afford a home or "solar" installations on any rooftop. They can barely afford a leaky roof.

Most are in APTS. Many in 3rd floor or higher. Parking is outside in public. Do the math. Need outlets and charger without kids playing around or meth heads cutting copper cables..

The poor dont pay federal income taxes so they dont get a subsidy for EV or solar

Why are the poor driving luxury automobiles? ... think man, why not park the EV in their damn hanger at the local airport? ... and you shouldn't let children play around the runways ... that's a good way to get blood all over the landing gear of your LearJet ...

You live in an apartment AND you commute 50 miles one way? ... so why in God's name are you worried about the environment? ...
