You sound like you have low self-esteem, sir.I never said you did. You called SB a savage. SB is black, not a savage. I’m an American Indian. I’m the one that is a savage
Wow, bitterness. I think I will stop talking to you now, not because you are native, but because of how negative you are. It’s in the Declaration of Independence.
How many times has that happened in America?
So if you haven't seen the evidence that was presented or watched the case what are you basing your opinion on?Dude, if you think I said that, then you literally can't read.
I only said that you cannot put him away on a murder charge, because you haven't proven that he had the intention to murder the black dude. This is different from saying that he is innocent. I have never made any sort of claim as to him being innocent.
I know that the court said that he's guilty of murder, however, that does not mean he did. We are supposed to use our brains to figure out for ourselves whether he committed murder, instead of relying on the verdict of a court, for the simple reason that courts can be wrong, too.
Courts can be wrong, too. My own judgment has told me that there was insufficient evidence to charge him with murder. This is the reason that I said the black man wasn't murdered. It was not because I hate black people.
Lmao, I wasn't even talking to you and you got all vicariously insulted. Dude, relax, I am not even white.
Your reasoning, duh.So if you haven't seen the evidence that was presented or watched the case what are you basing your opinion on?
You are the one claiming he was wrongly convictedYour reasoning, duh.
I meant that he was very likely wrongly convicted, if the jury used the same line of reasoning that you have shown in this thread. You are the one claiming he was wrongly convicted
Tell you what do a little research and let us know.I meant that he was very likely wrongly convicted, if the jury used the same line of reasoning that you have shown in this thread.
You like to say the evidence points to him not only having the intention to kill the black man, he also premeditated it. Where is that evidence? Hint: it is very difficult to prove people's intentions, so your evidence will need to be very, very good.
I'm not familiar with this case but IF it was an honest mistake then why was he convicted of MURDER; makes no sense unless there's more to it.
"“I feel my actions were justified,” Coy said. “I reacted the same way I had in hundreds of training scenarios. I drew and fired my weapon to stop a threat, protect myself and my partner.""
Appealing.

Nah. I hate watching vids. I read the news story but it didn't say much.Tell you what do a little research and let us know.
If he genuinely thought the black man was the suspect they were looking for, and shot him, then it would be an honest mistake. But yea, as for shooting him in the back...that's hard to excuse. I don't think they are supposed to shoot even a suspect who is running away. The officer shot an unarmed man in the back, in his own backyard, while the guy was trying to make a phone call. The man had gone into his yard to make a phone call away from other members of his family, and the police, who were combing the neighbourhood searching for a suspect who had fled, shot him in the back.
If if was an "honest mistake", then it's negligent homicide. What makes it "murder" was shooting him in the back.
I am not a police officer but I think in some situations, they have to shoot first, otherwise they will be the ones who are dead.As for his hundreds of training scenarios - maybe you should train your policy NOT to shoot first and ask questions later. Over 1000 people are being shot and killed annually, and nearly half of them are unarmed. It's ridiculous.
1174 people were shot and killed by American police last year. Less than half of them were armed with a gun. You're number 6 in the world for police killings. Brazil, the Phillipines, Venezuela, Syria, and India murdered more of their citizens than the USA. That's the level you've sunk to. Police states all of them - including the USA.

By the way though, question for you. Are you aware of the Ruby Ridge Standoff? You can look it up if you haven't heard of it, but not in Wikipedia. I read the Wiki entry and it emitted a lot of important details. So basically, a man called Randy Weaver was in a standoff with the FBI. His son was involved in the standoff, too. One of the FBI shot the boy (I believe he was 14 or so when he was killed), as he was running away. I think this is a lot more serious than a police officer shooting someone in the back, because, I mean, it was the motherfucking FBI. Do you feel similarly outraged, Lady Dragon-Breath?

This clown is just trying to make excuses for this white cop to get away with murdering a black man. He doesn't know a damn thing about the case other than a white cop and a black man.Your information about Ruby Ridge is flat out wrong too. The boy was killed by US Marshalls from the ATF, not the FBI. The boy fired on the marshalls, when they shot the family dog, so while the boys was shot in the back, he did fire on the officers before they shot him.
The FBI were called in by the ATF AFTER the boy was shot.

No, I have no outrage for white supremacist anti-government assholes, illegally selling guns, who then get themselves into a stand off with police. They did it to themselves.
Unlike the law abiding citizen who walked into his back yard to make a phone call and was shot and killed by police.

There is quite a bit here to un-pack. Without getting into too many details, I believe that Weaver was set up by the government. He got a letter to appear in a court, but the court date was changed, and he wasn't informed. So technically, he failed to appear in court. Now, the government had an excuse to come apprehend him. I have no proof, but I really think this mix-up in court date was done deliberately, so that the government would have a pretext to deploy hardcore feds, first the US Marshals, and then the FBI. In fact, I think I will do a write-up on Ruby Ridge. I have always wanted to do that, and now I have the motivation. Thanks, Dragon Breath.Your information about Ruby Ridge is flat out wrong too. By the way, I am sure that Vicky Weaver was shot dead by the feds deliberately, even though she was un-armed, and a woman. In fact, she was holding her baby while she was shot. The FBI came up with some bullshit excuse, I don't remember cause it was so disgusting, but basically the gist was it was an accident. I think this is bull, because they next used a megaphone to speak to her husband Randy Weaver, something like, "We had waffle for breakfast this morning. What did you have for breakfast, Mrs. Weaver?" You know, something extremely ghoulish. When confronted with this act of extreme and deliberate psychological torture, the FBI claimed that they weren't aware that she was dead, which was such a blatant, brazen-faced lie that no one who was sane should ever believe anything this evil organization ever said, ever again. Also, the super-honest Wikipedia completely omitted this ghoulish taunt from their entry. The Wikipedia tries to lay claim to honest reporting, which is a bunch of bull. They only report these things, and things like various CIA wrongdoings, because they know that people are starting to realize things. They know that certain things cannot be concealed from the public anymore, so they are forced to act like they are for honest reporting, because the alternative is to lose their status as the gatekeeper of information and lose people to alternative sources of knowledge.
By the way, the FBI agent who shot Vicky Weaver, was given a slap on the wrist for "accidentally" shooting and killing her. I have no proof, but I believe he was given an explicit order to kill her. Of course, they can't let this be known, so they told him to keep quiet by promising him a very lenient sentence. As for why they hated Vicky Weaver so much, well, I believe that she had been writing a bunch of angry letters to various government agencies, saying nasty things in general but especially against Jews, calling them something like Khazars, which must have really offended the various Jews who had already infiltrated the ranks of key, top-level government agencies. And you know how Jews are, they are not only blood-thirsty, violent and murderous, they also really, really hate it when white people point out their inferior blood, because it's the truth. The Jews probably hated Vickey Weaver more than they hated her husband. They have always wanted to kill her, and in fact, I have proof. There are photos of her that they took, as part of their surveillance efforts at the Weavers' home. Again, this was strange because I really thought it went against the protocols of the FBI, because Vickey Weaver was an un-armed woman. I mean I can understand watching and taking pics of Randy Weaver and their son (their son was also armed, although not an adult male), but why Vicky Weaver? There was no reason for watching her, other than the fact the Jewish bosses hated her.
Anyway, I might write more later.
I read a less biased account of the standoff, I will see if I can find it for you.
