Evidence Mounts of GOP Involvement in trump’s Election Schemes

There is much frustration among Congress’ moderate Democrats concerning the evidence piling up proving so many of their Republican friends and colleagues were involved in trump’s January 6th failed coup attempt.

The congressional majority has long been an unwanted position for moderate Democrats, it puts the burden on them to serve the needs their constituents, which they certainly want to avoid in order to keep their major political contributors happy and sending them cash (lots and lots of cash).

Beginning in 2019 Party leaders spent months maneuvering to assure “Status Quo Joe” Biden would be nominated as the Democrats’ 2020 presidential candidate (even though other, better qualified candidates would have benefited from Party backing). Moderate Democrats in charge of Party policy-making failed to realize the vast majority of centrist voters (would join progressives) in being sick and tired of the Republicans’ (especially trump’s) corruption and incompetence by the time Election Day arrived in November, 2020.

Party leaders were just as surprised as the Republican rank-and-file that Biden won the popular vote, and, that the Democrats won the majority in both chambers of Congress.

However, to assure the return of the GOP’s majority following the 2022 Mid-terms, the moderate Democrats quickly formulated a plan to aggravate and disappoint the folks back home. It was decided that fossil fuel entrepreneur/Senator Joe Manchin and (oddly enough) the openly bisexual, AZ Senator Kyrsten Sinema, would oppose all legislation proposed that might benefit consumers, working Americans, minority voters, and other underrepresented segments of society.

With “Status Quo Joe” Biden’s failure (or refusal) to lobby his own party members to help pass his agenda, coupled with the House Committee investigating the January 6th insurrection slow-walking that process, and Attorney General Merrick Garland’s extreme timidity in enforcing the law, the establishment of an authoritarian government to replace the current facade of U.S. democracy in January 2023 is assured.

The only obstacle to this move to authoritarianism ordered by the wealthy and powerful in this country, will be their quickly retiring to well-supplied fallout shelters (for decades) when Putin causes a nuclear apocalypse in the next few months? Weeks? Days? Possibly hours?

There was NO Coup attempt not even close to one.

Evidence mounts that shows congressional Leftists are stupid as hell on this because the FBI the DOJ haven't charged anyone for Coup attempt after TWO years of investigating.

Communists are all the same. They have a playbook they always follow.
They steal elections then accuse the people they robbed of crimes.
Then they say they have to change the law to deal with people they fucked over and all of the sudden you have a full-blown communist government.

"The congressional majority has long been an unwanted position for moderate Democrats, it puts the burden on them to serve the needs their constituents, which they certainly want to avoid in order to keep their major political contributors happy and sending them cash (lots and lots of cash)."

You nailed that crap right.

True, many GOP Trumpers are anti-American, anti-constitutional, traitors in waiting or undercover traitors after the last event, but that still leave us with your accurate depiction of the majority Dems, though it does not even account or address the fact, many of them equally extreme nutballs with agendas that if they came to fruition would be equally bad for this country. Quite frankly I don't think the extremists of the Dems have the same depth of support among fellow Dem lawmakers as the trumpian extremists, but I could be wrong.

The only people expressing ideas on the Dem side out there are expressing bad ideas, furthering slow decline. If there are good ones out there, I think like you they are scared shitless to lead. The GOP is locked in their cult of personality, with little or no allegiance to constitutional rule, just power at any cost, (like anarchists determined to destroy any established institution without thought to fixing anything) and haven't had legal ideas good for the country this century.

Our problem isn't the majority of the people coming across the border, it is the people going to Washington. I say that knowing I will vote for the Republican David Kustoff to keep him in Washington representing the district I live in and don't want to change as he has done a good job without making an ass of himself, the others in the primary being totally unknown period or known self identified culture warriors. So here I am thinking mine if fine and it's the other people's that suck.

Sure, let's see all the Video from the Capitol. Let's have ALL the evidence. We aren't getting it though. Only partisans were put on that committee, it isn't serious.

Let's have Nancy under oath.

Let's stop the show trial and the star chamber already. . . you really want to get serious. . . or you want to just drag this bullshit out till the election?

Because, at this point? No one takes any of this seriously.

Dems are getting really desperate!!

WELL SURE:
  1. Just when they thought they got Trump, the AG dropped the charges, they got nothing on his taxes and banking, and the guy looks to be re-running under still-greater popularity than ever.
  2. Biden is far less popular and doing far worse than they expected, actually backfiring into their own faces.
  3. Just when the climate whackos thought they were putting the kibosh on fossil fuels, turns out world demand and need is greater than ever.
  4. Elon Musk is undoing the one thing they thought they had gained in a secure, monolithic communication channel.
  5. CRT has failed.
  6. Hollywood has bombed.
  7. The nation has grown tired of wearing masks and getting vaccines.
  8. None of Biden's great agendas have gone through.
Now they stand to take a pummeling this November akin to falling face first into a belt sander.

Yep!
And It almost gives me a hard on thinking about the midterms.

IF what happened on 1/6 is as much a dire, criminal matter for the nation, you'd think there would have been charges for insurrection. As for the rest of your screed, it's just the first lame attempt to make excuses for why your party is going to have its collective arse KICKED to the ditch this November.

The one element that might save the Senate for you guys is the manufactured outrage over the probable SCOTUS decision, but you won't be able to control the barking-mad amongst your base. They'll riot, scream, burn, loot, and generally cause continuing fear of unrest in the very suburban women's demo that you need most. What you have coming to you is well deserved and it will be a pleasure to see it unfold.

WoW!!!
Dems are getting really desperate!!
Yup... and it's likely to get a LOT worse between now and November. Remember that once the House is under Republican control, all of those subpoenas that will be issued for 1/6 will be for Democrats like Pelosi, who had the authority and responsibility to keep the Capitol secure that day.
Suddenly, 1/6 is going to become a weapon for the Right. I expect the Ds to conclude their investigation prior to the election and make their ominous report just in time for the vote to be cast.
