Am I missing something? Fraud is a crime. If the individuals who are being accused of fraud are still alive, the Trump DOJ should bring suit. This would hold people accountable for the crime.

No one is “discovering fraud”. There are no real investigations going on.

Musk and his teenage cadre are sifting through files looking for things they can firehose out on X (aand be repeated by the likes of Fox, Alex Jones, Bannon etc.

You are not seeing facts or evidence.

There may be one or two trials, but these will be entirely political exercises.
