I bet Rittenhouse will have a stable of good lawyers that
specialize in federal law. Without a doubt smarter than anything the feds could
conjure up for their defense. I also imagine the Rittenhouse could go after

I don't see any reason for a mistrial. There never should have been a trial in the first place, but this seems like a pretty straightforward not guilty verdict. The prosecution has in no way proved their case, and the burden of proof was on them.
