But I would not consider buying any electric are no matter how much cash greenies offer me to do so

When the Chinese EV junk starts to break and burst into flames, the fools that parted money for them will wish they bought the over priced Tesla's.

Another fool that does not keep up with the technology. CATL is presently producing batteries that are nearly fireproof, charge faster, and are more energy dense than anything we have. And they are just one company in China working on batteries. Tesla, because of Musk, has now become a back marker on the development of battery technology.

Gas costs a lot more in most other nations, and the EV's offer a far more reasonable alternative of cost per miles traveled. As the batteries become less costly and more energy dense, the sales of EV's will exceed that of the ICE cars.

An uber driver I rode with said he drives full-time

I have forgotten how many miles a month but he’s been doing it for 8 years

He owns and EV and a Mitsubishi gas car

And drives the gas car 90% of the time because it costs less to run than the EV

Its also more convenient because of slow recharge times and waiting for the charging station to be free
