The Communist Control Act of 1954 (68 Stat. 775, 50 U.S.C. §§ 841–844) is an American law signed by President Dwight Eisenhower on August 24, 1954, that outlawed the Communist Party USA and criminalized membership in or support for the party or "Communist-action organizations", on the basis that communists vowed to overthrow the government of the United States. The act also defines evidence to be considered by a jury in determining participation in the activities, planning, actions, objectives, or purposes of such organizations.
he Internal Security Act of 1950 had defined two types of "communist organizations". Republican Senator Hugh A.Butler of Nebraska later proposed a bill aimed at the removal of Communists from leadership positions in labor unions by designating "communist-infiltrated organizations" as a third class of communist organization. Afterward, Democratic Senator Hubert Huphrny of Minnesota put forward a substitute to that bill with the intention of directly tackling the "root of evil", the Communist Party members. Through an amendment by Democratic Senator Price Daniel of Texas, both the Butler and Humphrey bills were merged into one. The final version of the bill was passed unanimously in the Senate. The House Of Represenatives also made additions to the bill, including a section which listed the criteria for "determining what constitutes membership in the [Communist] Party and related organizations.

Within Sweden, neo-Nazis are at a very approved level of 25,000 neo-Nazis. We wonder a little more, perhaps 30,000 or about 35,000 neo-Nazis. This group consists of serious criminals if they want to threaten with weapons or just fight, or have an interest in hockey. Hockey is better than the most dangerous neo-Nazis. In my sports town, there live between thirty and ninety neo-Nazis the number has decreased by 36 over twelve seasons.

Europe showing once again why it’s become nothing more than a relic; a museum for Americans, and is no longer a force in the world. All the bold forward-thinking people left for the US. It reminds me of an old person in a nursing home. It used to have energy and do things. Now it’s tired and just looking to be taken care of. Trump represents the youthful vibrancy and forward- thinking that is America.
