Interesting, and beneficial, I suppose, but since it takes months to do basic and MOS specific training, only having their service for only 1 year total, sounds and expensive way to get troops, not even settled into their job, before returning them to civilian life.

I think Estonia is copying the most capable in the Free World — the Finnish military. So I’m 99% sure it’ll work just fine for Estonia.
