^^^ Sadly, people can kill in prison too. I remember it happening in the Ernest Goes To Jail movie. Ruben says to Mr. Nash in the beginning of the film, "I need your help! I just killed a guy!" That scene took place inside of the prison that Ernest ends up going to.

None of this news surprises me. People who are Christian enough are not going to wish such fate on people, especially if the perp has never been guilty of murder before which I guess is another thing to consider about the guy who shot Charlie. They are going to forgive because it is what we are to do anyway. Even if Erika were to demand the death sentence, how much of an influence would her wishes really have on the situation all things considered?
