Eric Holder: Public Schools, You will Enroll Children of Illegal Immigrants!

Schools in minority districts don't have enough money to educate their kids and here is Holder speaking for Obama telling the schools they have to divert money for translators in Indian dialects no one speaks.

Polls on Hispanics have immigration 6th on the list of importance to them. Education of their kids is much higher in priority.

When are these people going to wake up and see what liberals are doing to them? La Raza is not their friend.

Taxpayers are overburdened because Voodoo has pandered to the bloated rich and giant corporations for 32 years, misinformed dingbats. See sig pp1 and stop blaming the victims, racist/brainwashed chumps...

Hater Dupe, if anyone anywhere is brainwashed and racist, it is you liberdirtbags

remember this always, OK ? democRATS = KKK ...... :lmao:

:fu:

He's just following the law, hater dupes. Ay caramba.

Legalize and tax it, fools. The bs Pub war on drugs AND the Booosh world depression = this chaos- and the other ones too...thanks for stopping the phony crises at least- recovery finally.

How about kick them back to the country they came from.
Easier said than done, according to American law...

do you mean immigration law or Constitutional Law ?

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
- See more at: Tenth Amendment - U.S. Constitution - FindLaw

So it's all come full circle. Obama invites them over and Holder forces everyone to feed, house, provide medical attention, and educate them all -- at the overburdened TAXPAYER'S expense.

Stress the system to the breaking point. Liberals refuse to see this. They cheer it on. They can't be trusted to run our government.

Doesn't mean the law can't be changed.
You can sure try but do you really want kids roaming the streets like packs of wild dogs? Personally I'd rather have them in school regardless of where they end up. Educated humans make the world a better place...

don't give wild dogs a bad name, they are Chimps, and who is going to force them into a school where the little vermin will spread their disease to American kids, where did you park your BB size brain. :lmao:

You meant to write "Easier said than done with a tyrannical government in power".

Yea, in schools in their own country!

The Obama Administration is employing the same cowardly tactics used by the Hamas. They hide behind woman and children while flooding our country with the poverty stricken populations of other countries!

But La Raza is a friend of Rep. Luis Gutierrez who said "600,000 DREAMERS is only a down payment"!

I think I'd prefer the courts decide who deserves to stay, as I believe in the law rather than loudmouth RW pundits and their silly hater chump lynch mobs, thanks. You people are a disgrace to humanity...

The major problem actually is not Holder following the law, but Pub refusal to pass immigration reform with a good SS/ID card- for about 28 years at least. They love the cheap, easily bullied illegal labor, and distract the chumps with useless fences and laws that do nothing but bully the poor bastards...

fuck you and your fucking card Frankie.....i told you ....why dont you come out here and present that dam thing to your fellow far left Democrats out here....just let me know where you will be so i can get a good laugh when they rip into your ass calling you a right wing bigot...and all the illegal activists get the illegals up in arms to want to kick your ass

most Mexicans know that.....

Of course, Eric Holder, is relying upon a 1982 Supreme Court opinion, Plyler vs. Doe, in which the court intentionally misrepresented both the text and legislative intent of the 14th Amendment.

Incorrect.

The Supreme Court determines what the Constitution means, as the Constitution exists solely in the context of its case law.

The Plyler Court did not 'intentionally misrepresent' the 14th Amendment, to maintain otherwise is ignorant and unfounded. The Court interpreted the Amendment in good faith and as entitled to do so by the doctrine of judicial review as authorized by Articles III and VI of the Federal Constitution.

Moreover, the AG is required to obey the Constitution and its case law as interpreted by the Supreme Court, which is exactly what he is doing by admonishing local school districts that undocumented students are eligible to attend class until such time as a determination is made concerning their immigration status, that these students are entitled to due process of the law, as guaranteed to all persons in the United States in accordance with the 14th Amendment.

Obama established the precedent that the Executive Branch doesn't have to enforce laws it disagrees with, so State and Local executives should be on solid legal ground to follow the same precedent.
