Men trying to keep ahead by making laws to do so. Oh, and he's a Republican too, what a surprise.

Women do get equal pay with men. They just have less incentive to work hard.

For equal job, women actually get paid more.

For equal grade chinese actually are less likely to get admitted to top schools.

Depends on how you see things.

If you see 80% of engineering students in some college are chinese and that is all you see, then yes, it seems that asians are over represented in school. However, if you look at the SAT scores, then black people are far more over represented in school compared to the chinese that have to earn higher score for the same treatment.

The same goes if you see men tend to make more money than women, then yes it seems that men are overpaid.

The thing is, no body is really overpaid or underpaid under capitalism. You see, if women are underpaid, companies can make more profit by hiring women. This will increase demand for women that will then make everyone "fairly paid".

In general, women earn far higher income in certain industries. Prostitution, stripper, porn stars, and getting married. In marriage, men earns negative salary and women earn positive salary with huge severance pay. For some reason, jobs where women are paid more are called degrading by feminazis.
