The Epstein transparency act allowed for the redaction of victims names. They did NOT authorize the FBI to black out hundreds of entire pages of files. Even cultists would have a hard time looking at that and be able to convince themselves everything is perfectly on the up and up and nothing shady is going on.

A summary of redactions is due to congress 15 days after completion of release of the files. It is to include the legal basis for redaction and must be published in the federal register. Says so in the link I provided.
