How can they possibly expect to create anything people can enjoy and relate to? You can't even be truly creative or have creators make something they want with these kinds of rules hanging over their head.

If so whats the beef? "Underrepresented" means women and well, everyone else so thats pushing 70-75%. Their stories BETTER reflect their market or they are breaching their duties to the shareholders.
