Nah. Not all of them love them some Musk, just the Party shills. They will suck up to anybody worth a lot of dough no matter how or where they got it, and even run around crying over them having to pay taxes on it. All the Progs were gushing over him and his electric cars saving the planet n stuff not long ago. lol California even added more subsidies for rich people who bought them on top of the Feds welfare handouts.

I despise any company who uses Red Chinese slave labor or outsources to the labor racketeering regimes. People should find it odd that Japanese and German companies can build cars here but American ones claim they can't. Of course Japs and Jerries don't get U.S. subsidies and tax breaks to off-shore.

Millionaires and billionaires couldn't give a stuff. That's why they're millionaires and billionaires. Not taking money/share options won't make you rich, if that's your goal. I suppose we have to assume Tesla's goal is to make millions/billions.
I know Musk's goal in buying Twitter was to rescue free speech as opposed to making money, because he said so. I've not seen an interview where Musk has spoken about Tesla apart from he's chuffed that Tesla has done the most to reduce Co2, but I don't know his goal on the profit side. Oh, he did also say that everyone is free to use Tesla's patents.
Your questions are based on assumptions, so I have to consider them as theoretical and I can only give you theoretical answer(s).
Crepitus I think you think that I must hold a like/dislike on specific people, and your question phrasing/technique tries to tell me what my position is.
I like and dislike specific actions an individual has done. Some folk are quite difficult to either come up with what good things they've done or the bad things. Plus, I don't know the history of an awful lot of your politicians. But I could give a rounded guess on some. The folk I meet, friends, family, neighbours, work colleagues etc.. if they've done enough dislikeable things, or, a major dislikeable thing towards me, I'll forever dislike and blank them.
You are welcome to set up a thread somewhere on either specific characters or a collective of characters, and everyone can chip in what they like and dislike. Then you will find out who's objective and who's subjective. I know you will be subjective.

Recalls on a car you own can be annoying to some. It's probably more annoying if they hate the CEO, own one of his cars, and then gets recalls.These poor souls have had a terrible few weeks after the election.
