I'm not. I'm not interested if all Tesla's, VW's, Vauxhall's, Rolls Royce's etc.. are recalled or not. If they hold league tables, good for them. I'm not interested in your petty arguement that you're having with yourself.
I would never own nor buy an EV, and definitely not a Tesla, expensive junk. But Musk has made billions off them because bakes in society buy them. So my hat off to him for that.
The story here is how quick MAGA went from condemning EV's to defending them.
Nah. Not all of them love them some Musk, just the Party shills. They will suck up to anybody worth a lot of dough no matter how or where they got it, and even run around crying over them having to pay taxes on it. All the Progs were gushing over him and his electric cars saving the planet n stuff not long ago. lol California even added more subsidies for rich people who bought them on top of the Feds welfare handouts.
Sadly many only care about their politics and nothing else.
I despise any company who uses Red Chinese slave labor or outsources to the labor racketeering regimes. People should find it odd that Japanese and German companies can build cars here but American ones claim they can't. Of course Japs and Jerries don't get U.S. subsidies and tax breaks to off-shore.
Then why the thread?I'm not. I'm not interested if all Tesla's, VW's, Vauxhall's, Rolls Royce's etc.. are recalled or not. If they hold league tables, good for them. I'm not interested in your petty arguement that you're having with yourself.

Ask MarathonMike, then it'll avoid a 3-way conversationThen why the thread?
If i's not your thread and you don't care what is all this crap about then?Ask MarathonMike, then it'll avoid a 3-way conversation
I've no idea, but Musk has done well off Tesla's stock value. He has made very little on selling cars. I'm not even sure they have made a profit yet.
As I've said, ask MarathonMikeIf i's not your thread and you don't care what is all this crap about then?

Millionaires and billionaires couldn't give a stuff. That's why they're millionaires and billionaires. Not taking money/share options won't make you rich, if that's your goal. I suppose we have to assume Tesla's goal is to make millions/billions.Yes, for a company that never made a profit. Makes sense eh?

I know Musk's goal in buying Twitter was to rescue free speech as opposed to making money, because he said so.
I've not seen an interview where Musk has spoken about Tesla apart from he's chuffed that Tesla has done the most to reduce Co2, but I don't know his goal on the profit side. Oh, he did also say that everyone is free to use Tesla's patents.
Your questions are based on assumptions, so I have to consider them as theoretical and I can only give you theoretical answer(s).
He wants to be president but he can't so he is after the next best thing.
Recalls on a car you own can be annoying to some. It's probably more annoying if they hate the CEO, own one of his cars, and then gets recalls. These poor souls have had a terrible few weeks after the election. Maybe this tire pressure monitor recall will be a ray of sunshine for them. Merry Christmas!

Tesla recalls 700,000 vehicles, including the Cybertruck, Model 3, and Model Y, to fix a tire pressure warning fault via a software update.www.ceotodaymagazine.com
True. I was referring to the irrational haters who would rejoice a big TESLA recall that might cost Musk money.Recalls on a car you own can be annoying to some. It's probably more annoying if they hate the CEO, own one of his cars, and then gets recalls.
I've seen on YouTube the Lefties that own a Tesla, they're sat in the driver's seat screaming at the steering wheel cos Trump won.
