This is 2023. A return to de jure segregation is out of the question.

But the ethnicity in question should be encouraged to segregate themselves.

There would be more peace in this nation if ethnicity X voluntarily had clubs, schools, restaurants, neighborhoods, etc., that forbade Caucasians (and Hispanics & Asians?).

For example, ethnicity X might be encouraged and praised to have movie theaters open only to their people. This would mean the theaters open to the general public would be quieter and more orderly than at the present time.

Bottom line: Do not criticize ethnicity X for segregating themselves. On the contrary, express your gratitude to them for doing so.
