It's doubtful that SCOTUS will reverse this decision.
They have not been asleep since the 2020 election.
They also know that the rule of law which they've devoted their professional careers to is at stake with this decision.
They know what Trump tried to do and have a pretty good idea of what he will do if elected. Nothing is sacred to Trump. He will quickly destroy the Justice system if he ever becomes President again - AND THEY KNOW IT.

No, but insurrection in the form of requesting a "surge" of illegal immigrants to our unprotected border is a disqualifier.
So is arming the Taliban in Afghanistan and our enemies in Iraq.

Don't count on SCOTUS Justices being beholden to Trump. I can guarantee that each believes that they obtained their position because of years of hard work, study, and professional excellence. Not because of the orange clown.
And that’s all that’s needed? Some Democrats’ OPINION that there was an insurrection and that Trump engaged on it?
That‘s some slope there. Republicans can just determine that Biden is a traitor and knock him off ballots too.
