It sure seems that way by EVERY measure imaginable. Harris doesn't look good from ANY angle.
I mean, Biden's four years were SO BAD, Harris is so unpopular and has such a bad history
in previous elections that if she somehow now comes out magically the narrow winner
at the last minute in just the right states, I will be sure our elections are being rigged.

although my state of CT finally has allowed early voting, i am waiting for election day to cast mine & will be wearing my RESIST baseball jersey.

Baseball is as American as apple pie.

In a tight race like this one (assuming the polls are accurate and Trump isn’t 5 points ahead), early voting can spell the difference between victory and defeat. That’s because in every election, 1% - 2% of those who intended to vote on Election Day (who are mostly Republicans) wake up sick, or have a family emergency, or have car trouble, etc., and don’t make it to the polls.

That’s because in every election, 1% - 2% of those who intended to vote on Election Day (who are mostly Republicans) wake up sick, or have a family emergency, or have car trouble, etc., and don’t make it to the polls.

Or weather. Trump asked his voters several times to vote early if they could, for those very reasons, should anything happen to him or to us, OUR votes would be IN. So we went into the courthouse on the 18th after receiving and completing our ballots on the 17th.

If Dems fail at thwarting another election, our leader, Donald J. Trump, the ultimate patriot, will win again. I love him for being willing to give his life to help save America from the quicksand she is sinking into. MAGA!

….they had an odd format this time. Instead of voting for the PERSON, like always, you voted for the PARTY. Of course, under the party name was listed the people running, but the focus was on party. IOW, you filled out the little oval next to Democratic Party, or the one next to Republican Party.

Anyone else have ballots like these, and any idea why the change? People think in terms of voting for Kamala or voting for Trump, so I found it an unnecessary change.

Texas removed the ability to vote straight ticket in 2017. That's basically the opposite of what you experienced.
