But like almost everything else in this nation's history, DEI was fine as long as diverse groups of whites came to this country. Equality means each individual or group of people is given the same resources or opportunities. Equity recognizes that each person has different circumstances and allocates the exact resources and opportunities needed to reach an equal outcome.

Whites like you really need to shut the fuck up about somebody else getting free money. Again, this country was built on DEI. It became diverse when the first whites floated over here from Europe. America is not a white country.

I don't need to explain anything. When a company is majority white and implements a DEI strategy, whites are already there. Whites aren't entitled to every job.
