Obama's FBI did millions of illegal searches of the NSA database on US citizens for political purposes, beginning in 2012 with the IRS targeting of conservative groups and going into hyper-drive against Trump and his associates in 2016 during the run-up to the election and even after he was President.

There is no dispute of this, the facts come from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) issuing two orders spelling it all out. The last order, declassified by Trump and released publicly in October of 2019 showed over three million illegal searches of US citizen (702) identifiers in fiscal year 2017 (Oct.'16 to Sept. '17).

The FISC noted that these searches were in "non-compliance with the new requirements" which means the 3 million searches were in violation of the previous order, demanding the Obama FBI stop breaking the law, abusing the NSA databases.

It was not a coincidence that the public release of this report in Oct. '19, coincided with AG Barr announcing that the Durham administrative investigation had expanded and had become a criminal investigation. No coincidence at all . . .
