Drug Overdose deaths down....why?

Pharma loves it when Americans are sick and when they die.
 
Here's the problem with that philosophy:
1. It will always be pushed towards minors.
2. Ever witnessed long-term use drug induced psychosis? No recovery from that.
3. More people driving on the road under the influence of drugs endangering you, me and others.
4. At some point heavy drug users, especially the drug-induced psychosis individuals are unable to function at a job. Result: Job loss, can't pay rent of house payments, thus loss of residence.
5. Negative medical affects and related costs.
The problem is that it's illegal. MILLIONS of people functioned perfectly well addicted to opiates, as long as they could get their (usually) morphine.

3,4 and 5 don't apply to dead people.
