Wow i was coming up two way traffic lane with space in white lines. This drivers was in the middle have of the road, and not understand what the hell he was doing. Anyways i wait for a minute or two. He didn't go forward he didn't blink or go backwards. (there are parking spaces)
I apporach and have to go half in the other lane which i don't think its the best idea, he start backing up than. Than he comes back up and forward and parks in front of the bank loaction, and gives me a stare, i just flick him off and left.
