Investigators have reviewed video showing three men and a woman who may have been involved in placing suspected improvised explosive devices in the French Quarter of New Orleans, law enforcement sources told CNN.
Investigators also have found writings that the FBI believes support investigators’ view that the attack was inspired by ISIS, sources said.
The FBI, which is leading the investigation, previously said potential IEDs have been located in the area, in addition to weapons and IEDs found in the vehicle. One source said one location was farther down Bourbon Street, where the attack took place.
The FBI said at a news conference Wednesday that investigators do not believe the suspect was “solely responsible” for the attack. The bureau has also said the incident is being investigated as an “act of terrorism.”
An ISIS flag was located in the vehicle, according to the FBI, and investigators are working to determine whether the primary suspect, identified as Shamsud-Din Jabbar from Texas, has any ties with terrorist organizations. "

Right at the start of Bourbon. That totally sucks. Canal always has lots of traffic, and it is a main artery for Mardi Gras parades.
I have stayed at the Mariott on Canal a few times. It is right there.
So sad.
