The only evidence you have is that a man driving a truck that crossed the border two days ago killed a bunch of people. The truck has Texas plates, so it originated here, not in Mexico. You don't know what the truck was doing across the border. You don't know if the person who drove it across the border is the same person who committed the massacre.
