Maybe once again we will find out that the Obama Administration did not actually preform the inspections required like on the last one.

Obama made this one of the cornerstones of his campaign. He blasted the Bush Administration for their lack of control over drilling. He sited studies that said regulatory agencies were in bed with oil companies. He vowed to change things. And then he proceeded to do even less.
