I remember when he was called before Congress and was basically told that he has a TV show with millions of viewers and you are promoting every snake oil product that pays you a buck to hawk it to your viewers.

I get what you're saying, sometimes things need a good shakeup, especially when government agencies have become calcified and corrupted by corporate influences.
