Demwits are cheaters and liars. That's been proven time and again. We all knew they'll find new and unique ways of cheating. Is this dot one of them? Hard to say for sure. It could just be a simple print error on that single ballot. Now if it's on all the ballots then that would be a different story.

It is Kentucky issue to print ballots and that is all GOP...

Second, this shit is on Twitter... That proves nothing... Who's to say that he didn't just put the dot there himself..
