Donald Trump's approval rating is underwater on every issue

Any polls that don't glorify Trump are phony.

Any media stories that don't glorify Trump are lies.

Any Republicans who don't glorify Trump are Deep State globalists.

Any judges who don't glorify Trump with their decisions are corrupt.

Any elections that don't glorify Trump are rigged.

At least they're consistent. Consistency is good, right?

Donald Trump's approval rating is underwater on every issue

Why It Matters

Trump's approval ratings signal serious challenges ahead for his administration. They come as polls have shown his approval ratings trending upward in recent days.

What To Know

The latest Quinnipiac University poll was conducted June 5-9 among 1,265 self-identified registered voters.

On immigration, just 43 percent approved of Trump's handling of the issue, while 54 percent disapprove. That marks a slip from last month when Quinnipiac's survey showed him at 45 percent approval and 50 percent disapproval.

The shift comes as Trump deployed the National Guard and later 700 Marines to Los Angeles, responding to reports of violence targeting law enforcement, particularly Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents carrying out deportation raids. California Governor Gavin Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass said state and local authorities could handle the situation without the National Guard, but Trump said he was reestablishing law and order after failures by local and state leadership.

The move is part of Trump's pledge to carry out the largest mass deportation operation in U.S. history, which has included sweeping ICE raids nationwide.

Protests have erupted in major cities including Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Dallas, and Washington, D.C., in response. Despite the backlash, polling shows Trump's tough-on-immigration stance is resonating with much of the electorate.

In a striking reversal from his first term, Trump now holds a net-positive rating on immigration—a shift from -21 in June 2017 to +1 today—his largest net gain on any issue, according to CNN's Harry Enten.

But Quinnipiac's poll tells a different story. Trump's approval on deportations has also declined, dropping from 42 percent to 40 percent, the poll shows, while disapproval has climbed from 53 percent to 56 percent.

Trackers published by pollsters G. Elliott Morris and Nate Silver also show Trump trending downward on immigration.

Trump's numbers on the economy—once considered a relative strength—remain weak. The latest poll shows 40 percent approval and 56 percent disapproval.

We couldn't be more happy with trumps performance. Hes arguably the best potus since Washington

The sexual abuser is mired in the MAGA-driven scandal concerning his long, close relationship with his pedophile/sex trafficker buddy, but the persistent allegations of a cover-up is a distraction from the reality that most Americans now agree that he stinks in regard to major issues, not even including his ignominious, dirty-fuel- profiteer-financed, surrender to the scientific reality of anthropogenic climate change.

Since the following represent compilations of multiple surveys, MAGA paranoia is confronted with a formidable task to blame Biden for them all.

It's so difficult to gauge were America is at this point. The general feeling globally is that America is no longer worthy of trust and respect, and will now have to earn it back somehow. It won't happen overnight because we've gone too far, electing this awful person twice. The world didn't realize that so much of America was like this. Neither did I.

All things considered, I suspect much of this will now depend on two things: First, the concensus in markets is that we'll have a much better idea of the effects of these tariffs by September/October. That will matter. We may be okay and things will turn around, or we may not.

The second thing is how the 2026/2028 elections are run. If this increasingly authoritarian regime steps in further and grabs control from the top down, none of this will matter.

Regrettbly, spot on.

Paranoid contempt for American institutions has been so deeply indoctrinated into an incorrigible cult that recovery will be long and painful, at best.

Another BS thread from UMSB's head BSer. The majority of the country supports Trump, all of your Left wing polls talking about "Trending" which is not the same as "Under Water". Stop lying.
You could not be more wrong. The vast majority of the country can't stand your cult leader, your deluded post notwithstanding.

In fact, Trump has never achieved a 50 percent approval rating, in either this term or his previous. This means most of the country has always hated Trump, which is why in three elections he always received less than 50 percent of the popular vote.

Donald Trump: 'What you're seeing and what you're reading is not what's happening' [stick with us ]

In a wide-ranging, free-flowing speech to a veterans association, the US president, Donald Trump, criticised the media for its reaction to his trade tariffs policy, accusing it of broadcasting "fake news" and saying that people should not believe what they see or what they read.

Quinnipiac over samples moonbats.

In typical MAGA schizophrenia, the cultists dismiss polls they don't like as being inaccurate, while at the same time crowing about how poorly Democrats are polling. :auiqs.jpg: :spinner:

The second thing is how the 2026/2028 elections are run.

Trump and the GOP know they will get their asses handed to them in the mid-terms. So now they have to cheat because they can't win elections honestly.

MAGA Mike and the Lickspittles chained themselves to a megalomaniac and now they have to accept half price for their souls.

Trump never wins with the popular vote. It is the electoral college that gets him in. So much for majority rule. A convicted felon can become president.

Not only because of the tariff chaos but because he has failed to deliver on his inflation promise. Inflation is about to accelerate. What will his numbers look like then?
