Women in combat is a bad idea. It will get both women and men killed. Combat is no joke. No place for the weaker sex. It's not just shooting, it's endurance and strength.

They were thinking, "We are having a hard enough time getting qualified people, especially for the more technical MOS classifications. Who cares if he wears a dress if he has the mad technical skills."

It would kind of depend on what kind of roles they were serving in.

Given more and more of the jobs in the military are technical today, probably not a good reason to keep anyone out.

I sure did, but I was in a support battalion being a technical specialist in anti-armor missile systems in the first term of my contract my second tour I was a power generation specialist technician and operator with the ADA unit in First Cav....
