Firing Comey is probably the biggest one I can think of off the top of my head, since the obvious motive was obstruction of justice. The less serious scandals involve paying off a porn star that he had an affair with and sexually assaulting over a dozen women. This would end most political careers, but Trump is given a free pass because everyone already assumes a slimeball like him is going to engage in such activities.

I'm sure Mueller's investigation will reveal many more scandals.
