Once one court does so that work and they present the same BS in another court all the second , or third or fourth , etc. Court has to do is access the records instead of going through the whole expensive process again. Of course they generally agree with the first ruling. It cuts down a lot of redundancy in money and work especially when a person or party is launching a multitude of frivolous cases in multiple courts. Why trump was never prosecuted for all these frivolous cases is beyond comprehension
