Alligator Alcratraz fits the definition perfectly. People are dragooned there by masked men. They are not charged, nor do they recieve any legal hearing or due process.

As for your remark about ovens, it is clear that you don’t know the history of Nazi Germany or the Holocaust.

As I noted, Dachau, the first camp, opened within weeks of Hitler coming to power.

It was not until the Wannsee conference in 1941, that the idea of death camps was first proposed.
