Accidents happen and no they are not murder.

Accidents DO happen, but the fact that the action 'you' took, whether an accident or not, resulted in you taking a life does not means you did NOT kill someone. 'You' did.

The fact that it was an 'accident' should be taken into account after you are found guilty of killing someone else.

- Killed someone.
-- Self-Defense. No prison sentence / no punishment.

- Killed someone.
- Found mentally incompetent. No Jail time - remanded until further notice to an asylum

- Killed Someone.
- In possession of a stolen weapon, in this country illegally, accidental dis-charge of a weapon resulting in death - there are at least 2 if not 3 prosecutable criminal charges there.

You know you can't expect the Left to wrap their tiny little minds around basic principles such as accountability and cause and effect.

Unless we talk about gun owners , right? Then you change your tune .
