That doesn't mean the school has a right to violate Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and collect federal dollars.

Under the policy of containment, he authorized military assistance to fight against the communist Viet Minh, setting the stage for increased American involvement in the region.

Back in the good old days of the 1980s, at UIC, every year, the Jewish students would celebrate Israeli Independence Day, and take over half the student union, and the Palestinian students would march around in a circle and protest.

And this funny thing happened. The Campus police kept the two groups separate and kept them from fighting.

True. And it’s the hypocrisy that gets me, which you only find among leftists. If Jews and Christians were marching around singing “Death to Muslims!” or whites singing “Death to Blacks!” and blocking Muslims or blacks from participating in extracurricular activities or outright assaulting them, the left would be in an outrage.

But with Jews, all of a sudden there’s amazing tolerance for bigotry. That’s the double standard that reveals antisemitism.

The People of the United States, via the DOJ, seeks to recover the $2.6 billion in federal funds Harvard received while in violation of Title VI.

Not only is Harvard very much in violation of its obligations both as a learning institution and as a recipient of public funding, but the bums already have something like 50 billion in their coffers they are sitting on while collecting it.
