DOJ Sued Over Failure To Protect SC Justices Homes

Reichsleiter Merrick Garland had an 87-year-old death camp survivor arrested for defending life at an abortion mill.

They were sued for what the Heritage Foundation says is violations of the FOIA.

They ought to be jailed for violations of the 1st & 4th amendment, the Privacy Protection Act, and the common law Reporter's Privilege, fired for dereliction of duty,

The Biden DOJ thugs >>
1. issued a memo forbidding fed prosecutors from seizing journalists' records, while in the midst of a yearlong campaign of spying on Project Veritas. 19 clandestine subpoenas, orders, & warrants from 9 magistrates. Secrecy was kept thru gag orders, 2 without judge notification. They obtained @ 200K emails, countless texts, & God knows what else.
2. 6 months aftr the memo, they raided homes of 3 Project Veritas journalists, seizing 47 electronic devices. The DOJ claimed that a diary belonging to Ashley Biden, possessed by PV, was stolen, and this validated their raids. Actually, the diary was given to PV, who could not verify the allegations of incest & pedophilia against Joe Biden, so they did not publish the diary's contents, and instead gave it to local police.
3. In a 2001 Supreme court decision, it was ruled that as long as journalists did not steal, they could receive, investigate, & publish supposedly stolen materials.
4. And what did the DOJ do about a similar case regarding a SCOTUS draft opinion on Roe vs Wade ? Nothing, despite that reporter (of Politico) did publish the draft.
The different action/inaction of the DOJ hinged entirely on whose ox was being gored.
5. The PV case is ongoing. Fed judge Analisa Torres overruled the DOJ's objections and orderd a special master to review the seized materials. At this point it is debateable whether Bad Boy Biden will succeed in covering up the diary and PV materials, but no matter what, PV is still stuck with a bill of 10s of 1000s of $$$, just to protect its own privileged documents.

The DOJ is also criminal in 1) its Mar a Lago raid, and 2) intimidation campaign against states attempting to bolster election integrity. I have plenty of fact on these also, but right now, I'm just tired of typing.
