School and workplace shootings are 100% caused by mental illness not ideology.

Thee were over 500 mass shootings in 2022. You've gone through them all and are able to claim most of them were perpetrated by "right wing extremists" Really? That's what you're claiming?

False Obama set a standard that would have anyone with PTSD or a low level of any disorder to be denied a firearm. Thats a very low standard. In order to stop the mentally ill we have to identify specific diagnosis and we can. Schizophrenia, Anti social personality, PTSD only when violence is involved. Thats described 100% of school shooters. The 7 trans shooters would have fallen into anti social personality.
 
In this case I do not need the Constitution. Federal Law is clear. You would have to try to change Federal Law. Then that change would have to be in accord with the Second Amendment.

As we all know, changing Federal gun regulation is truly difficult. It also means 30MM single issue voters now are single issue voting against you.

In order to stop the mentally ill we have to identify specific diagnosis and we can. Schizophrenia, Anti social personality, PTSD only when violence is involved. Thats described 100% of school shooters. The 7 trans shooters would have fallen into anti social personality. Currently the background check does not look at medical records

Judge would have to adjudicate it. Again, good luck. Flipping that around, there's a whole lot they could then adjudicate.
