Yes, the DOJ is worried 1) that releasing the memo will reveal classified US Intel collection secrets and 2) the release of the memo that was withheld from Congress until the recent Intel Collection legislation was voted on - renewing it - will show Americans the abuses of power that should have killed the recently passed legislation.

Oh, and it also kills the false narrative snowflakes are pushing about how the GOP refuses to release the memo - it is being held up, in part, by the DOJ.

Oh, as well, this proves that Diane Feinstein did not give a damn about whether releasing the data would hurt US Intel collection. F* the country, she wanted what she wanted and made the decision to release it without coordinating with anyone. This should have earned her a mandatory visit to the DOJ to answer some questions under oath. 'Brain Congestion' my ass - Democrats simply have no respect for the law or the security of this nation.

If I understood Grassley correctly this morning he's so pissed off at Feinstein he's going to start pushing out other hearing transcripts. And Kushner will not be called back.

I have no problem excusing the massive abuse of powers and crimes perpetrated by the NSA, FBI, and DOJ to illegally spy on citizens, reporters, the media, US Senators, and USSC Justices ... I just do not want to share with the world - especially our enemies - all of our tactics and procedures that would given them insight on how to successfully evade detection / surveillance. By all means expose the criminals within the NSA, FBI, and DOJ who broke the law and victimized Americans.

Look, the fact that Obama's administration did all of this is not NEW news....and no one was ever held accountable for it. NSA Director James Clapper, for instance, lied under oath - committing FELONY PERJURY - by declaring the US govt was not illegally spying on the American people. Diane Feinstein came out and exposed the FBI / CIA for illegally spying on Senators for Obama, for gosh sakes.

When the evidence came out that his administration WAS doing that, instead of indicting / arresting Clapper for Perjury he was allowed to show up before Congress to 'AMEND' his testimony to avoid Jail.
