Most? Who said it was most?Like most of them went to jail for at least 2 years, awaiting a trial. Right?

Doubtful. Conspiracy requires...a conspiracy, and thats both rare and hard to prove. Looks like they were charged with felony arson. Thats a big deal. They will settle for a misdemeanor something. But of course the dealer/insurer or owner (depending on who held title) also have juicy civil actions.For now. Then add in the conspiracy and terrorism charges later.

BREAKING: DOJ charges 3 in connection with domestic terrorism attacks targeting Tesla
Each is facing up to 20 years in prison.thepostmillennial.com
The Department of Justice has announced that it has filed charges against three suspects for "domestic terrorism" attacks targeting Tesla. The charges come after there have been a slew of violent attacks targeting the company amid left-wing backlash against Elon Musk for working with the Trump administration.
According to a press release, Attorney General Pam Bondi said, "The days of committing crimes without consequence have ended. Let this be a warning: if you join this wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, the Department of Justice will put you behind bars.”
Each is facing up to 20 years in prison and a minimum of five years. The DOJ did not name the defendants that have been charged or provide the specifics of their charges in the press release.

The same day, Bondi declared that the attacks against Tesla would be seen as "domestic terrorism" and promised "severe consequences" for anyone involved in the violent attacks. The DOJ is also reportedly investigating a website that claims to be doxxing the personal information of Tesla owners.
Commentary:
Glad to see that these people were caught and charged with "Domestic Terrorism".
Now they have to establish who paid and coordinated with these people to commit these acts of Terrorism.
There also is a need for the establishment of law and Order within the Blue Plantation "Sanctuary State/Cities"
The key to success is that activist Democrat appointed judges be barred from adjudicating in these trials and the organizers and sources of the funding be exposed.
What these people don’t realize is that when convicted of federal crimes there is no parole, no reduced sentences for “good behavior”.
This offense carries a MINIMUM 5 years. 5 real years.
Doesn't it seem to you too that it's a Democrat last great act of defiance against the rapidly growing fascist threat?Maybe they should languish in jails for two years before trial like the J6 political prisoners.
You didn't answer the question. Should these violent, arsonist democrats be held accountable? Just answer the question--a simple yes or no will suffice.Given how many were busted out of prison early and how many had their pending cases dropped, they either didn’t face consequences or didn’t face the full consequences.
It isn't a lie...That’s a lie. Yet again, you guys are just “saying shit” as if it becomes true.
Of course!You didn't answer the question. Should these violent, arsonist democrats be held accountable? Just answer the question--a simple yes or no will suffice.
Clearly the Capitol rioters were committing acts of terrorism though. Agreed?
Most? Who said it was most?
When were the January Sixers ever charged with terrorism or did I miss that?I don’t think we’ve ever had a president who is supported by their own terrorist organization that they were able to pardon.
Until now at least.
You want the DOJ to follow the law, yes? The DOJ isn't above the law, yes?
They rioted to overturn the election and have their candidate elected. So yeah, seems like that was to further their ideological goals.This will depend. We're the rioters there to further ideological goals? Or weren't hey rioting because they thought their vote had been negated due to a stolen election? The answer to that will determine if their action fits into the definition of terrorism
So what would you say would be a just sentence for someone who torches cars in a dealership? Damages a charging station with possible lethal consequences? Seems you like to throw people in jail for twenty years for unarmed trespass, so it stands to reason that arson should be at least twice that.Of course!
So should January 6th terrorists. But sadly we know that many aren’t and many didn’t face the full consequences of their actions.
Not if they are not domestic terrorism.You don't want them prosecuted to the fullest extent?
Property damage shouldn’t receive as harsh a sentence as beating a cop with a baseball bat. Don’t you agree?So what would you say would be a just sentence for someone who torches cars in a dealership? Damages a charging station with possible lethal consequences? Not as heavy as beating a cop with a bat.Should using an incendiary device receive a harsh penalty?
How many of the J6ers beat a cop? What should the consequence be for blowing up a cybertruck in front of a busy hotel valet area? The VAST majority of J6ers did NO VIOLENCE, including Ashlii Babbitt. She was summarily executed for standing in front of a cracked window. Maybe that treatment should be meted out to these violent democrats, eh?Property damage shouldn’t receive as harsh a sentence as beating a cop with a baseball bat. Don’t you agree?
~~~~~~You need to check your history on terrorists pardoned by Democrats; in particular, Clinton and Carter.
One was too many. Why are you still here.How many of the J6ers beat a cop? What should the consequence be for blowing up a cybertruck in front of a busy hotel valet area?
