JoeB131, please watch the Judge explain the Penny case to you. Do you now agree with the Jury that gave the verdict of Not guilty?

Finding him guilty would send a message to all Subway riders……None of my business
The left would put former Marine in prison for the rest of his life on charges that should have never been filed and was found not guilty because a guilty verdict would have sent a message to subway riders? Insane.

He strangled a smaller and weaker man to death.

And got away with it because he's white.

Or call the police and don't try to be Batman.

I could care less what some Judge on Faux News has to say.

Why didn't you watch the video @JoeB131?

Because I never waste my time with Faux News... It kills more brain cells than Mad Dog 20/20

JoeB131, yet you approved a black big man shooting to death a tiny white woman?
Race matters a lot to you then Joe?

He was a police officer enforcing the law and protecting Congress and Democracy.

If Ashli and her friends killed some congressmen, maybe they'd take that seriously.

Look, man, I'm sorry your pinup girl is worm food now. But you need to let it go, man!

So, if I see a crazy person talking crazy, can I just choke him to death?

If it flies in New York, should be even easier in your state. I don't recommend it, though, and am sure it wouldn't actually be your list of options to consider.

Penny explained it to Judge Spiro I believe it is.
It ended up 3 adult men had to help hold him down. He was acting insane. This is why the Jury refused to convict Penny. I do not recall the party being choked.

If you are in an enclosed subway car with no police, restraint is in order till you reach the next station

He was stalking her now?

And Antifa Pushed her through the window?
He stood hiding and saw her and murdered her.
Who says it was Antifa besides you?

Speaking publicly for the first time since his acquittal, Daniel Penny said he restrained Jordan Neely on a subway car last May for more than five minutes because Neely was “extraordinarily strong” and Penny was worried he would get up and attack him or someone else.

“Part of my worry was if I let him go and an incoming train comes, as he’s running away, pushes somebody onto the tracks,” Penny said in an interview with Fox News host Jeanine Pirro. “It’s part of the reason why I did what I did in the way that I did it.”

Penny did not testify during his criminal trial. The Fox Nation interview is the first time Penny has spoken publicly in detail about the event, and the venue represented friendly terrain as Pirro thanked Penny for his actions.

The Marine veteran said in the interview he was also concerned about his own safety.

“I’m on the ground with him, I’m on my back in a very vulnerable position,” he said. “If I would have just let him go, I’m on my back now, he can just turn around and start doing what he said to me.”

“Killing,” Pirro said.

“Killing, hurting,” Penny responded.

You have him restrained
You don’t know if he had a gun or a knife

Best to hold him till the police tell you to let him loose

Let's look though at what Neely stated. Attention to him ready to die.

What did Jordan Neely say?

Penny was in the same train car, planning to go to a gym. Vázquez told The New York Times that Neely began screaming, "I don't have food, I don't have a drink, I'm fed up. I don't mind going to jail and getting life in prison. I'm ready to die."

The Jury decided that is just what Penny did.
When you defend against a person saying he will gladly go to prison or die, take his word. Also it was not merely Penny, he had 2 others need to hold him down.

Not surprising that fox didn't mention that little fact. He held him in a choke hold until the cops got there, and he was dead by then.
