Does The Democrat Resistance Against Trump Merely Mean Democrats Don't Want To Change?

I was thinking today, is the resistance against Trump merely an acknowledgement that Democrats want the same ole, same ole and don't plan on changing anything? I mean voters clearly wanted a change from where we were. Trump won big and he won in every single swing state as voters clearly rejected where we were and most democrat policies.

So, by resisting everything Trump, democrats seem to be saying they want the opposite of Trump and don't intend on changing anything, even though that's why they lost big back in November. I don't hear hardly any of them saying they support a change in Democrat policies. They just want to reject Trump and go right back to what made them lose in the first place.

It wouldn't have mattered who was elected President if he/she was not a Democrat. Trump is especially hated because not only is he not a Democrat but he is an outsider of the elite political establishment. He bucks the status quo, thinks outside the box, actually works for the good of the people of America--all the people and not just a pet constituency of a political party.

But if another Republican was in office, the left would be just as intellectually dishonest, just as hateful, just as double standard, just as malicious.

Which is what I basically said. Voters clearly rejected democrats in November and now they are putting all of their eggs in one basket, the anti Trump basket, hoping Trump will fail and then voters will come back begging to the democrats, who will refuse to do anything different than what made them lose so big in the first place.
