Does Kerry have a lazy eye?

I was watching one of his commercials, and at the beginning I noticed he was looking at the camera and one of hiis eyes was off in space. later in the commercial, his face was again looking at the camera, but this time, both eyes looked like they were doing thheiri own thing.

No because he was GHANSHING his teeth, his eyes were flip flopping
