Harris was specifically charged with focusing on the root causes driving people to leave their home countries. That is a part of the border issue, but far from being in charge of the border. Why do MAGA cult members lie about everything?

I don't blame the President or the Vice President for the actions of others. Neither of them promote or encourage violent crime. They do encourage immigration and want to help the less fortunate have opportunity in this country. That is how I see their intensions and border goals. I somewhat disagree with them as I think everybody needs to wait in line and I think the line needs to be improved to move faster... But besides that, I do not hold them responsible for what other people do. There are always going to be bad actors doing bad things. We need to be able to protect ourselves and have a strong law enforcement and court system to hold offenders to account.
We can have policy discussions about how the border is being patrolled. The fact remains Biden’s admin is still running resources and patrolling it. So it’s not open. As I said before I don’t think Biden was a great border manager. But that doesn’t make him responsible in my eyes for the violent actions of others. I think that line is being used for political purposes. Blame Biden for everything that happened under his admin… and link Harris to it as well. It’s the oldest political trick in the book.
Facts are facts... Biden has never been a strong "seal the border" guy. He has been on the other side of that debate which is focused on trying to help the people in need regardless of their status. An admirable goal but something we don't realistically have the resources to do for everybody.Sorry I'll get to what else you said in a moment but the fact that you can admit this is incredible because nobody else leaning left on here will.
